Cheap notebooks to cover with fabric

Hi

Just wondered if anyone knew where to get reasonably priced notebooks to cover with fabric to add to xmas hampers etc?

Also what would be best to adhere the fabric to the notebooks?

Tesco had A5 hardback spiral bound notebooks in yeasterday. They have a flamingo design and have been reduced from £2.17 to 50p. Otherwise, try pound shops as they often have a variety of notebooks in stock.

Asda has their own make ones from 5p up. They are the one I use. Various sizes

Use double sided tape - the wide kind often used for carpet tiles. Dont use glue as this will probably make the fabric pucker.

Also Lidl usually have a range of cheap stationery, I've not been in recently but I think they have them year round.
