How much do you pay for your Ocado delivery pass?

They want to rise my Ocado delivery pass fee from £6.99 to £9.99 as I am arriving at the end of my 12 months.
Are you still paying less than £9.99?
If so, I might tell them to cancel my subscription and shop somewhere else. This is the second time they do this.
Also, if I cancel my subscription, will my ocado reserve be cancelled too?
And, how much do you have to spend to have free delivery?

I had the pass for 6.99 which is coming to the end next month, I received an email yesterday saying they are going to put it up to 10.99. I was wondering the same thing as I can choose my Christmas delivery slot tomorrow. I was wondering whether to try out Waitrose direct as they do not charge for delivery providing you spend over £50.0

I currently pay 6.99, until next summer. What I learnt from last time my pass ran out, was let it! Then give it a few weeks and you start to get all sorts of offers in your inbox for delivery or a % off your shopping. Held out till I got a deal I agreed with!0

The problem is, I think my subscription will automatically renew with the rise, so I will have to cancel.
If I know that people are still offered a reduction, I can send them an email and complain about it. If I need to pay £9.99 monthly for delivery, I will cancel anyway.
You still can chose your Christmas slot and book your Christmas delivery, and if you decide at the last minute you want to go with waitrose, you can cancel your Ocado delivery any time. If it's like last year, you need to spend £90 and you pay £10 for delivery, the christmas slots are outside the delivery pass reduction anyway.
I think waitrose is delivering for free, even at christmas, but that might have changed since last christmas.
I did try Waitrose, but in my area they weren't up to scratch. Maybe they have improved since last year, so I'll keep this in mind if or when I cancel my delivery pass.0 -
I tried holding out last year for a better deal and had to go with the original offer of £6.99 after 4 weeks of waiting. I do not think they will cancel my Christmas slot but I am a bit wary of taking the risk just in case they cancel it just before it is due to be delivered.
It seems that I am the only one who is going to be charged £10.99 for my monthly delivery pass - still cheap I suppose compared to me driving to the supermarket weekly, but I always want to know I am getting the best deal possible.0 -
Another solution is to do away with the delivery pass and chose a cheap or late slot. Or do a shopping once every two weeks, I think it's free when you spend a certain amount (well, it was, I don't know now).
Or try waitrose if you can, they do not charge any delivery fee but you need to spend £50.
Or book a christmas slot in waitrose too, then if ocado cancel your chrismas slot you have your waitrose shopping to come. If they don't, you can cancel the waitrose slot any time before the due date. Or cancel ocado and go with waitrose if it's cheaper.
What gets me is that I can't even check the delivery charges for each slots, because I have a delivery pass and they do not disclose them when I book a delivery slot. But I know that late in the evening it might be free delivery.
There don't seem to be many people paying less than 9.99 for their delivery pass, I suppose they've done with big reductions.
Furthermore, it seems that you get more offers and money off shopping when you do not pay into a delivery pass.0 -
I pay £2.99 per month for deliveries on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
This expires next week, but they have confirmed that it will continue after that at the same price I am currently paying, so I am happy with that.0
