can someone please help as i dont know what to do about the matter.
back in 2003 my wife and myself ordered a sofa suite from littlewoods catalogue, shortly after i cancelled the order as i was no longer living with my wife, a year later i recieved a payment slip asking for my first payment for the sofa's when i called them and said i didn't recieve the goods as i was living at a new address and had actually cancelled the order they told me that the goods had been delivered and could not find a record of me cancelling the order after a lot of arguing with them i got some legal advice, my solicitor wrote to them on mybehalf but had no reply my solicitor requested a copy of the delivery report but had no reply after almost two years of trying my solicitor passed me onto a ombardsman (forgive me if its spelt wrong) who said that they did not deal with that kind of thing, when i contacted my solicitor again they said to ignore the debt as littlewoods was no longer persuing me but because of the wrongful debt i am now blacklisted and recently recieved a telogram letter from which i gather from reading on this site is a debt collection agency is there anyway i can clear the blacklisting and finally get it all behind me?
