Not sure, but I would think that an undated credit agreement would be illegal.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I also think that an undated Credit Agreement may not be enforceable (if you are talking about the date in the signature box).
Can't give any legal details though, I just know that when I worked for a Bank and we issued Credit Agreements covered by the CCA 1974 it was IMPERATIVE that they were signed and dated within the box, and the monies would not be released until we had both the signature(s) and date on the form.
But there is another date on a CCA agreement, which is completed by the lender with the date of the drawdown of the funds. Bear in mind that on the copy you may have that THAT date could well be blank (as the lender would have filled it in afterwards and were usually not obliged to send you a dated copy, they just kept it for their records).PRIVATE 'PCN'?
