Some insider info on the way Debenhams online delivery works, the reason sometimes you get a cancelled email is because it's not just coming from one warehouse, there are quite a few shop stockroom and shop floor delivery services dotted around the country. This is why your products come in different bags and also why you get cancelled orders, sometimes the product has already been sold on the shop floor etc or things get lost easier in that environment. It gives you better chance of getting things though as that's why Radley came back into stock the other day- as we could start to fulfill these orders from our stock rooms and shop floors.

Also the real reason we're not selling Radley is because Radley didn't want their stock reduced as often as Debenhams do with megas etc, so had to get rid!

And also that's why sometimes things aren't wrapped properly, unfortunately there's a few incompetent people who think something fragile will survive a courier journey with no protection :doh:

I got some Mrs Bridges stuff last week & one has arrived with all the packaging broken,I wanted to give it as a gift as well.

I've had numerous items arrive broken,it's so frustrating because a lot of the sale stuff you will never manage to get again.
