Adobe Flash Player won't install?

Options
I've been trying to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (11.4.402.287). Opted to install Google Chrome at the same time and get the Adobe screen saying Installation successful you are now running Flash Player.

However, in the list of Programmes from the Start menu I can see Google Chrome but not Adobe Flash Player? And when I try to watch videos I get the message that I need to install Adobe Flash Player.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Sounds like the wrong version (ie version) got installed. You installed this revision 11.4.402.287 but there are at least two versions (ie and non ie). you also get other versions of these revisions (web installation, standalone, and debug)

Best is to hunt for the complete downloadable exe for your version of browser and install that

    Thanks bluesnake.

I read a few posts on online forums and uninstalled Google Chrome and it is working fine now.
