Comps

Hi all x

My friend has started doing online competions and has won loads of bits and pieces - mainly through Loquax.

Does anyone know of any other good competition sites?

Thanks

    err....this one?!!

call me biased but this is the best comp site because not only do people take the time and make the effort to find out the answers for you (really fantastic for dummies like me :p thank you all!!!!!! ) but everyone is so friendly and helpful it really makes all the difference.

I wouldn't comp anywhere else and one of these days I'm gonna win a prize! I can feel it in my bones ;)

    Thats my opinion! :)
:D if you don't have anything nice to say, keep schtum.
  • Ditto- I totally agree!

  • I have only starting look for comp sites over the last few days and this one seems easily the best.
I have just register - so hello everyone :D - and have spent most of the day entering as main comps as I can.
Hope my boss doesn't see how little work I have done today !!!!

Yep so do I. There is such a range of comps on here and the answers are here too rather than you having to trawl for the answers.

There are alot of competitions that are on here that get posted on the other sites too.

Stick with us here and you will win!

Good to see you both - Empty pockets and SomersetSaver.

You'll find the more comps you enter the more chance you have of winning. So get those fingers working...........

Welcome to you both (& your friend SomersetSBsaver), hope you enjoy it here as much as I do. I find it a really friendly & helpful community.

If you need any help at all, just ask in the appropriate sticky threads which are always at the top of page 1.

You'll find all sorts of comps posted here, postal, email and occasionally text (if they're not too expensive). Some with very small prizes, some very big, and often some very nice 'money can't buy' ones.

best of luck to you all.

I tried Loquax a while back, couldn't fathom out what to do, so didn't bother ~ you can't beat this site for ease of use, and friendly banter ~ no effort needed to find answers, and if you are struggling, you only need to ask and within minutes you have several people happily helping ~ they are a lovely bunch of people. If only the rest of life was as good as on this site.

exactly fundire...I did that too and I felt like I was drowning. Couldn't figure out how that tracking thingie worked (no surprise there :p my IQ level is probably in the minus 175 [non-genius] region ):rotfl: and had to search for every single answer.

Takes flaming ages to do each one...here, everyone chips in and we help each other (I think I've only managed to find three or four new comps - huge challenge!! I'll try harder!! :))

Welcome to our two newbies, you'll love our little comping family.

    Good luck with the comps!!

Before I discovered this board I used to get all my online comps from UK Competitions. But i used to spend ages looking for the answers to the comps. Then I found this place. Theres also more comps on here than there are on other baords. The only problem is finding time to do them all.
