i'm trying to sort out party bags for my sons birthday party but decided i'd like to buy cups and fill them with loose sweet instead of a party bag full of rubbish, just wondering if anyone knows where i can buy tubs of sweets for a good price, like the size you'd see in a sweet shop, need to fill cups for about 35-40 children. i don't know anyone with a card to a local wholesalers so thats no good to me but hoping i can maybe find some on the net or would it cost me less to go to somewhere like tescos when they have the lolly bags for £1.00? thanks in advance.

You could try somewhere like Amazon although you'll get hit by delivery costs.

It'll probably work out cheaper for you to buy them from Aldi or Lidl.

I believe Wilkinson do pick and mix in their stores so that might be an option as well.

I use these people mhor-sweets on ebay, They have a wide choice and postage is free, plus you get nectar points as well

just to add wilkinsons pick and mix is all half price at the moment until the end of next week.

100g was 79p now 39p and the cups are also half price.

Max 1.5kg loose per customer and max 4 cups per customer but you could always take someone with you so that you can each buy the quantity you want
