Bought an iPad 3 12 days ago from John Lewis, iPad 4 out next week!

Hi all,

I bought an iPad 3 from John Lewis 12 days ago, and have just found out the iPad 4 is coming out.... Apple stores are reportedly swapping any iPads bought in the last 30 days. Can anyone advise what to do? Does anyone know whether John Lewis will refund it if it's not faulty?

    I think you mean the mini Ipad which is less capable so it does not really make sense to try to force a change

    The new ipad as it was called has been discontinued
    Apple announced this week that two new ipads are to be released, one being the Ipad mini and the other being the Ipad 4 (not actually called that) So there are two new ipads released for preorder today .
