Cancelled to... reviews awful and £3 for one disc whilst it isnt bad if you consider that from HB you can get Miracle on 34th Street or Home Alone for the same price i know which id rather have

I ordered three sets (one for my kids and two sets as pressies). Just had an email last last night saying my order is 'getting ready to be dispatched' and in capitals it now states this is one disc only! What's going on Amazon? When I ordered the description said 4 discs! Not impressed. All of them are going back when they arrive as it's too late to cancel now apparently.

This was a 'hot' item a week or so ago, when it seemed Amazon had a boxed set of 4 Disney favourites on offer for £3.99 post free. I've just received this:

'At the time you ordered this DVD, the Amazon product page incorrectly suggested that this item contained four discs. There was also possible confusion resulting from customer uploaded images of a boxed set version. Disney Christmas Favourites is in fact a single disc product.

'In order to prevent disappointment, orders have been cancelled where possible to allow you to reconsider your purchase if this is not what you were expecting at the time you placed your order. However, a number of orders have already dispatched and in this case you are invited to return the item at no expense and for a full refund if you do not require it.

'If your order has been cancelled and you would like to reorder this item, please return to our website to place a new order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to see you again soon.'

So if anyone is still pondering whether to buy...

I've just received the same email. But an hour before I had an email to say the order was being delayed because they'd run out of stock... it should've been here by now!

Someone had already asked if it was 4 discs or 1, and they'd been told 4!

I give up, so long as they refund my money.
