I also had the second product missing but spoke with them on Saturday. they were very helpful and nice and promised to send out the other item. I received an email confirming despatch shortly afterwards.

I only got the peel in the post today , but after phoning them to query , they are sending out the other free gift straight away. The item I paid for is out of stock(!!!) so getting a full refund. So two free gifts with nothing paid- result!!
