Yes my partner has had his account for a long time and he has a debit card. Maybe he should go to his own bank. He was going to go to an ethical bank but we might have to rethink that one.24.06.14 12 st 12 lb (waist 45" at fattest part of belly)

I guess the problem is that if it does get refused, one of the questions any future mortgage lender will ask is 'have you ever been refused a mortgage' and in that case it might be a problem.
But you havn't been refused a mortgage. You have been declined an Agreement in Principle which is completely different.:beer:0 -
