    Yes my partner has had his account for a long time and he has a debit card. Maybe he should go to his own bank. He was going to go to an ethical bank but we might have to rethink that one.

    But you havn't been refused a mortgage. You have been declined an Agreement in Principle which is completely different.:beer:
