    yes i probably have missed some documents in oct 06 the solicitor said. i will post more details tommorow when i get them and thanks again foir the replies.

    rang the solicitor he said will get it over weekend, the court date is set for 27th april, he said we can discuss it on monday, strange as yesterday he said i would lose my home guarenteed.

    Iv only just read your thread Brad but the one thing that stands out for me is

    Brad,

    There's only Saturday for the post so he's either putting unnecessary pressure on you or they intend serving one of the documents on you over the weekend. Whatever happens you'll have enough time to plan a response so don't let it spoil your weekend.

    ok cheers, when i go on the 27th i will make a decent arrangement of payment and stick to it. think the solicitor was hoping i had 5k sat in the bank to pay lmao.

    still nothing. hopefully come on monday. either way they have to give me notice in writing of the court date dont they? otherwise it would be like i never turned up.

    Make a note of all of the telephone calls to this 'Solicitor' (I remain suspicious of him) just in case they 'slip' a crafty claim into the bulk handling court at Northampton.
    Also, as far as I am aware, County Court Summonses should be served no less than 10 days before the hearing.
    I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
