Spot cleaning wool coat... HELP!

Good morning MSE'rs!!
Please help, have been away for a few days, when we arrived in Venice, it was much warmer than we expected, so I took off my pink wool coat and draped it over my wheelie suitcase as we walked to the hotel (feeling quite smug on solving a problem!) to discover the collar of my coat had been dragging on the floor!
So now I have a mucky mark along my collar. The collar is actually removable, so while we were there I unbuttoned it and turned it round, but would like to try and get it clean as it has a seam running down the back of the collar when it's turned round (does that make sense?)
We did a quick clean with a facial wipe which got the dust off, so I'm just left with a grey mark on the pink collar.
So, ideas please!!
The coat is 70% wool and 30% polyester with a polyester lining.
Many thanks, Emma x

What does the care label say? Is it washable or dryclean only? You may be able to dab it with drycleaning fluid to get the mark off. (Sorry, I don't know a brand.)
