Hi. I posted a thread 18 months or so ago about our job description at work not matching what we do. In the next few weeks, our new job description will be re-evaluated. 8 of us work as multi skilled drivers autoclavers and porters, moving between each role on a needs of the service Basis.

We are hoping to get a band 3. A couple of key Factors in our argument is firstly we work unsupervised in the evening in 2 of our roles and work alone at the weekend between the hours of 4pm and 10pm. Secondly we move between each role with no warning, sometimes all three in the same day which adds extra stress as mistakes could be made. We also do regular Stock checks.

Does anyone on the forum have experience of what roles and duties score more points? I would like an idea of what kind of chance we have of moving up a band.
