LED Security Light - local sources.

Hi,
I have a couple of halogen lights that I can't get opened to replace the bulbs. I was going to replace them with LED type lights.
are there local sources for tHese and what are the prices like?
I was thinking of a 30W or similar.

Most electrical supplies have them but considerably more expensive than the old halogen ones. Expect to pay around £30/400
