Ok, they're a wardrobe essential. But has anyone got any recommendations? I've given up on the cheap Primark ones, they get more see through each season!
I want some that stay black, wash after wash. Have plenty of stretch and thick enough that they aren't see through!

I bought a pair from Topshop last year and they are still black and thick and I wear them alot. They've got seams sewn in down the front of the leg and a really thick waist band - really comfy !0

I get mine from h&m, the £7.99 divided ones, not the £5.99 ones. They are fab.0

I was thinking about this today too. I've got some asda ones and they're a bit see thru, but I also have a pair of 3/4 ones from Next and they're loads better so I think I'll get some full length ones from there too.0

I think I'd rather pay a bit more than keep buying the cheap ones, I do have some H&M ones in other colours, they are quite good.
Selects leggings are thick, but find they're quite low cut, i like them to come up to my waist so they hold things in and give a better line!Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. Doesn't the word "quality" juxtaposed to "black leggings" create a contradiction in terms?Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I have this problem, I've had 3 pairs of Next leggings I've had for around 3 years, and worn them winter and summer to death, I've lost a bit of weight, they were starting to go a bit baggy and one pair had a hole, so I decided to go back to Next and invest, big mistake, they're so cheaply made now, completely see through (and I did buy the correct size) so I'd be interested in this too

I get mine from Matalan-my last 2 pairs lasted ages (and got me through most of my 2nd pregnancy too). They aren't see through (unlike a pair from sainsburys i had) and have washed well

I bought some of these today, have tried them on and they seem good, will see how they wash. I have had a pair of American Apparel ones for ages, they don't go baggy and fit really well, unfortunately they have now become faded after many washes.Sainsburys do some very thick good quality ones for £10.0
