I did exactly the same :rotfl: Checked Boots.com via Pigsback, it said out of stock by the time I got to checkout, then came on here, saw all your messages, went back onto Boots.com, grabbed 3 P+P, bemused my OH by shouting 'YES, YES, Ive got 3!!!!!' (he doesnt understand all the excitement and was wondering what the hell I had 3 of!!), then realised I went through the wrong window....so no PiggyPoints for me. Ah well, if the 3 P+P DO turn up I will be chuffed. Sold 3 on Ebay for £37.50, 34.99 and £35 this week.2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead0 -

Only Boots are licenced to sell No7 products so it is against ebay rules to sell it. I had my main ebay account suspended for selling it, so used my hubbies account and got those items cancelled last night (even though the auctions had finished and I had received money and sent them out)
I think that Boots have someone dedicated to stopping ebay sellers, it's always the same contact name I receive when I get my listings cancelled. Seems ridiculous to me, Boots will make millions out of selling this product after the FREE advertising on the Horizon programme, what's the problem with some of us making a couple of hundred out of it? We will probably spend it in boots anyway0 -

I am just trying to join in this ebay talk, I feel left out!!!
Anyways, so if you had your listing pulled after you had received the money, whats the point? Do they take the money you made back?I dont get it!

You get your account suspended after 3 listings are pulled, then you have to do a tutorial on copyright to begin selling again. I am not sure what would happen after that, I assume you could lose your e-bay account altogether. I don't want to find out, so am selling the No7 stuff through another account and if they cancel that one I am not too bothered, but I need my main account as I do quite a lot of selling of other things.
It doesn't seem fair that some people get their's pulled and not others, I do think that other sellers report listings, and as I sell mine cheaply (compared to others, only £29.99 BIN) maybe I am seen as competition. Who knows.0 -
Can I ask do the BIN go quickly0
-
Great thanks I have had one warning about 3 months back for selling no 7 stuff but am very tempted to put one of these up on BIN to earn a bit of money. I suppose if I put it up over night will hopefully sell before it gets pulled. I agree there are so many people selling no 7 stuff seems crazy they only pull up some people0

I only just realised that u were ebaytalking and meant buy it now...i was thinking rubbish bins
mine have all gone quickly on BIN....I am too impatient to use auctions on P+P :rotfl:
EDIT...ooops, sorry, replied to wrong person :rotfl:2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead0
