Am thinking of using my parenting voucher to get some face creams. Could anyone tell me if they have used it on the hydro quench day sorbet or protect and perfect and managed to get it to work? Thanks!
The parenting voucher does give you the item on any items ( apart from the mirror & sauna ) over £16. Several off us have tired and failed. So it does not work on any of the perfect & refine serums etc. If the item is over £16 it only gives you £5 off.
The best way to use it is with the 3 4 2 with your purchases being about the same price range. It takes £16 off your total, so if you have 3 items at £10 the third is free so total £20 less £16 parenting voucher leaves you £4 to pay. I got the 2 x microdermersion exfoliater as its great and a mousse foundation and only paid £4.

The protect & perfect serum will be delivered to ALL stores on the 24th of april- the stores recieved a memo confirming it today. The time delay ant wrinkle night serum at £10 also has the same ingredients as well and is meant to be as good - plus its cheaper.
  • Thats great thanks. The hydro quench day sorbet is £15 so do you think this will work? (It is the one thing I could really do with and have a voucher for 250 extra points on it to!)

Yes, I bought the Hydro Quench day sorbet and it went through for free with the Parenting voucher. Go for it!

Thanks - will give it a try tomorrow (as she shakes in her boots!). The staff in my boots are awful - one ever scrutinised the £2 off bathing voucher when I bought a sanctuary salt scrub bar earlier so will have to choose sa carefully! Have a few other vouchers to use so hopefully will get missed among them!

    Hey Cat

I have noticed that you seem to be as much of a beauty queen as me :D:D , especially as we both jumped on the mineral makeup bandwagon!!

Anyways, can you recommend a good face serum to use before a moisturiser. I am 23 so I dont really know if an anti wrinkle one would suit, but I would prefer one that brightens skin tones and improves the condition.

I know the refine rewind thingy is in stock now, but I dont think this would suit as it is designed for mature skin it seems...:confused:

If anyone else has any suggestions would appreciate it

  • I know the half price straighten voucher from the mailing & the £5 off voucher from the H&B mag work together to make the item FREE as this is what I used, is this the only combination that works together? If so is it worth mentioning it in the first post on this thread?

Oh they are naughty the stores were told to take orders off 100 only -very strict instructions ! The stores have been told they will have enough to fufill thier 100 customer order and some to sell. Also it will be available on line- if I was you I would maybe visit another store that have stuck to head offices guidlines of 100 and try in there on the 24th.The orders taken so far might not all be purchased as some people might have got it elsewhere.

Oops i have been caught out ! :rotfl: im a beauty addict too
I agree the refine would not be suitable for your skin , I have tried it and didnt like it ,as it is really aimed at 40 + age group and too rich for younger skins. I use estee lauders idealist serum -and have done for years, it makesyour skin feel likr silk ,evens out your skin and makes make up sit better - you could try ebay for a sample to see what you think. However once the perfect comes back into stock i am going to try it to see what I think .A lot of people like the olay regenerist serum but olay does not suit me ,so I cant use it but a lot of people really like it .
