I have some Protect and Perfect on order and when I called Boots they said it would be back in stock Friday 20.4.7. So heads up ladies. E-Bay here we come. Slightly off thread I sell quite a lot on E-Bay and bought some of those Wags Boutique Hoodies to sell (£44.99 to buy selling for between £62.00 and £200 depending on the colour) and I received a really abusive e-mail from somebody accusing me of depriving people of the chance of buying and of robbing the charity the proceeds were going to. Now I bought 3 at £44.99 ( this total price went to Great Ormond Street) and am selling them ( 1 gone at £62.00) but I have said I will give 10% of my profit to Great Ormond Street aswell. Does anybody think I should be condemed for this?0

LINK HERE
I took the sub out last week and got the Avene set in the post today
To keep this on topic and to avoid a slap from the Mods, I saw lots of Avene in a clearance sale quite close to me...
Edit:
Right click the link and paste it into a non Mse browser page and it will work fine, if you click the link from an Mse page, it won't go through and you will get the "sorry this offer has closed" message.
Hi,
even though this is not boots related, it is a followup on the above post: the subscription sounded really great and I was going to do it, but there was the mention of "The minimum subscription term is 12 months"... So, sorry for the obvious question: is it at all possible to cancel after 6 months and still keep the offer? Thanks.0 -

Ok I hope I dont get slammed for this reply, sorry if I offend anyone this is just my opinion
Although I would not have emailed you expressing my opinion on ebay, I agree to an extent. However, I am aware that alot of people would have got hold of some to sell on ebay so why cant you? I guess it comes to personal morals.
I personally would not have bought alot for the sole purpose of making a profit, especially as it is a charity item. These are being sold to benefit children in hospital, to give them the best chance of survival and medical health, NOT to help individuals make a profit.
If I had received one as a gift and did not want it then I dont see anything wrong with selling it on ebay, but like I said morally I would not have bought a load with the sole purpose of making a profit.
I am not aiming this reply at you, but its just my opinion on all charity items that people try and make profit from. Like I said above, I know that alot of people do it, but even if millions of people were doing it I still would not cash in on money that should be going to a charity. All men hear is blah, blah, blah, blah, SEX, blah, blah, blah, FOOD, blah, blah, blah, BEER:wall:0 -

maybe the emailer ment that by you buying them up at £44.99 each and buying three (tho the emailer might have thought you brought bulk), you deprived others of affording them at £44. dont worry about it. your giving a bit of the profit back to charity at the end of the day. everyone needs to make pennys dont they !!! charities and normal folk alike.0 -

My daughter had hers for over 5 years and it gets really good offers, mine was pants to start with but is improving.
I use my daughters all the time now plus 1 my neighbour gave to me as she doesn't use hers either.
Ask around for an oldish one, I am sure you will have more success that way.
thats wot ive started doing by using my mums card with vouchers from the machine tehy did change my card and send me a new one and now i realise i have £20 on my old card and new one they havnet blocked the old one so im wondering if they forgot to take the points off one card to put it on the other !!Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out - but I can usually shut her up with cake!0 -

Hi
That happened to me when I asked for the Organ Donor symbol to be added on my advantage card (which I think is a great idea by the way).
The new one came and they both had my points on them?
Naughty me......... I spent them all.I do realise it's a bit dishonest but how I look at it is - it's their fault for not checking & cancelling my old card? So I just took advantage of it (pardon the VERY cheap pun!).
Anyway this was over a year ago and I never had any comeback from it. If I was you spend them and if anything happens just act a bit dumb and say you never realised.!??!0 -
Hiya guys and gals - My brother has just given me the new '£5 fragrance' voucher - what is the best way to use this please?? (ie the least spent as possible!!)
Thanks for any replies!!XX0 -
