It seems not - they track the AC number!! I'll just wait for 'the supervisor' to do her bit. Dotchas had the same thing this week, and I think Seabiscuit? Jolly old Boots. Yet some amongst us got their 342! Just luck of the draw.

As Dotchas said, I'll not feel slightly guilty of taking advantage (no pun intended :rotfl: ) of Boots's many many glitches and pricing errors again!

it took ages and several calls before my account was sorted.
I ever thought about the AC number.I am going to one for OH and keep it for emergencies;)
I probably could open another account as my card is lost but then I wouldn't get all the pending points for my old one.
That was a £50 order they cancelled and I nearly didn't get to make my £48 order for toys in the sale.They really must have too much money if they can afford to lose that amount of business!

PS finally got an email saying my order had been cancelled for one of the following reasons
1. You have asked us to cancel this order.
2. The item(s) were out of stock in our warehouse when we went to pick your
order and so the items have been
cancelled.
3. Our Customer Care Team have been in contact with you about this order.

Just got 5 lots of Basic mouthwash (used 5 *100 points vouchers)

Spent in total :- £3.55 but was given back 500 points!!

Just been reading the above regarding P&P cancellations - it really does seem unfair that some of us (including me) were able to get 3 P&P and others weren't.....

Why have some orders been cancelled and not all????

I hadn't ordered P&P before and I paid via paypal.....Ordered it on Sunday morning on standard delivery and got the parcel on thursday......(maybe they have allocated a certain amount to each region?????) or maybe it was just luck of the draw??

Chin up ladies - I'm sure we'll all take advantage of the next 'boots glitch'!!XX

Anyone else noticed that Sanctuary bathing products have gone up in price in the last week or so?

I know I have asked this before but my memory has seen better days, are we able to buy gift vouchers with points???

There was a lot of reduced santuary stuff in our boots today - think most of it was sun/tan stuff though.

rang up to check im on the mailing list ...i am yet get no mailings apparently have had my card for at least 10 years now.

also mentioned that the ACM in the shop i go to never works, all 4 machines never ever work nand she said "just ask them when they will be updating them next time you go in...thanks for your call"
