I would call them, number on website. I have the same problem, so called Boots last night to complain and got delivery refunded and 1000 points for the inconvienience of waiting in all day for it to arrive.

When I've used the vouchers I tend to just get the 'free' product by itself (ie a Time delay cleanser for £4.50 etc....) If I added another item would 50p taken off that product??

Do the vouchers take a full £5 off or just the amount of the 'free' product???

Yes - the till takes off the whole £5.

My bargain was the time delay wipes £3.99, then a reduced No7 aftersun tan maintainer £1.50.

With voucher, I paid 49p :T

I know how you feel - I'm tempted to complain that other MSE'rs got 342 on P&P - why not me?!!
