I know the vouchers #5.00 skincare work with the new sanc stuff, i got the travel sanc face set on sat for 4.00 used 5.00 skincare and 3.00 from mag also got the time delay radiance balm for 3.50 with my other 5.00 voucher, HTH

i love sanctuary stuff and used 3 of my vouchers today to get creamy body wash, foaming bodywash and milky body spray all for free.Used my last voucher on nivea visage skincare wipes curently bogof so piad £1.36 for 4 packets which was a bargain.(they are £3.18 each usually)

im sure they are letting people order more than one, i have had an order for 3 come through before while this notice was up, also it will only let you add 3 to your basket and no more, so if they are being strict enough to just one bottle then surely they would have changed their settings on line to only allow you to put one in your basket

To be honest I have not stopped to look to see the difference between old and new(except the new white ). But all the orange ones I picked up worked.

It was just I remember reading a post saying it does not work on the new ones ????( so may/may not be true)

I'm not sure I've shared this info with you (sorry if it is duplicate) last week I purchased 2 nail varnishes from 17 (2.99 and 2.49), used a ACM- voucher £1 off and the £1 off voucher from the fairybag, got the free fairy bag, only paying 3.48£. :j


My card stopped working last week during my shopping (10 minutes after I had used it!! ) and I've asked for a replacement. I've asked for the store receipts to be validated, but as for online purchasing, I don't know what I should do... Can I claim points without a registered card (because I reported it faulty, the information on my previous card no longer appears online)? How can I claim the points? Thanks.

Try ringing CS. Maybe they can get the info from the delivery up on their screens, they will see you haven't used a card for online orders and they might add the points manually

hi i have just looked on boots.co.uk for you under the desciptions and its says the following:

This shipment is on hold - Your order has been put on hold because of failed authorisations or a processing problem. We will contact you if this is a processing fault.

Have you had any emails from them, if not you could go into your order status and see if you put your card details in properly, to check its not a payment problem, or you could try ordering again as they seem to be coming in and out of stock on the website now.
