I managed to get the sanctuary facial cleansing wash, creamy body wash,body milk spray,body moisture spray and the foaming shower mousse. All for free with the various vouchers.

The only one I had trouble with was the Foaming shower wash. I rreally have no idea what happened and we were all confused.

Bought the foaming stuff - just under a fiver I think
kids clothing - reduced to 5.50 from 11
no 7 essential moisture day fluid -think these are about 8/9
no 7 completely quenched - (one of the ones that scan for free)

Handed over £5 no 7 parenting and £5 skin care
Total was 3.75

This is really bugging me as I can't work it out - anyone??????
(should I have picked up another no7 to go with the 342 or would this not have worked as one was a freebie??)

oh and I need to return the kids clothing which was 5.50 - so what happens now as I only paid 3.75 ??????

Perhaps say you lost the reciept and get a credit note rather than a refund?

you wont get a credit note/gift card without a receipt but will be able to exchange it there and then.
my advice is go asap cos the clothing might get reduced further and the price is scans at will be your refund

I think Boots tills works in some way, that when you're returning/exchanging items, they return you the full value before reductions. How many times I got confused when the till showed more than the receipt SA also doesn't know what to do and then manualy override it (well, sometimes they don't notice actual price of bought item). And sometimes I think it's easier to return without receipt
