no7 lady said you could to me before,and she gave me lots of free samples.

I tried using the £5 mailing voucher at No7 counter when it was out but SA said NO!
However used it with saturday boy at main tills.
I wait till all my purchases are in the bag and then produce the vouchers.

Anyone had any problems with SA saying something isn't skincare....does it include bathing things ie Sanctuary bath foam?????
It appears to be aimed at facial things but just wondered if it would work????

must include cleanse tone and moisturise for all your skin surely. Thats what the golden rule is supposed to be. you could argue that point, only teeth bones and hair left really, oh and nails

I bought a pack of Huggies Little Swimmers a while back but noticed i picked up the wrong size - can i return this and enchanged them for the right size? I dont have the receipt tho?

I am sure you will be able to exchange them without a problem ,maybe give customer services a call and they will tell you and give you a name to mention if the branch gives you a problem.

HELP!!! My protect and perfect came yesterday - only to find that it two of the boxes were actually pore refining serum! Customer services said send them back and they will send me replacements but do you think they will now they are limiting it to one per person?
