I won £50!

Options
I've just found out that I've won £50!

I started to feel that I'd never win anything when a got an email then a phone call from GFK media telling me about my win. I do a survey for them everyday about the tv programmes I watch and what I think of them. There is a draw every month - the top prize is £1500.

It will take up to 3 weeks for the cheque to arrive - can't wait!

Excellent, I won a £5 Amazon voucher last month with GFK.

ahll looking at this link & reading the FAQs http://panel.gfkmedia.co.uk/ they don't recruit as such. I really can't remember how/where I joined but there is a contact us option which you could try.

I've been a member of Test and Vote for a while and I received an email from them asking me if I wanted to take part in a TV survery. In their first email GFK said I had been "specially selected" to take part but I'm sure I saw an advert from them recently asking for new volunteers. If I remember where I'll post it.

I started doing these surveys in Feb and won £50 after only doing 10 of them!!

I was a little bit sceptical about whether I would receive the money, but was really chuffed when the postman woke me up on my day off and gave me a cheque for £50.

A new handbag and top followed!!
if i had known then what i know now

Because they need sampling to match population, they have to be selective on demographics, but they are looking for people over 65 now:

Quote '65+ recruitment: Do you know anyone aged over 65 years old who would like to take part in this research? If so, with their permission please write to us at info@gfkmedia.com, including their name, age and email address'. Unquote

I believe this has been posted elsewhere on MSE, but pm me (or presumably anyone who has mentioned they are on the panel here) if you want your name put forward. Not a referral as we don't make anything out of it.

(Though I won a £5 Amazon voucher too last month!)
