Asda Carlsberg x12 for £5 (with Voucher)

Not sure if this is the correct place for this but I wanted to share with as many Beer drinkers as possible!

Carlsberg x12 cans are £7 currrently in Asda.

Most x12 packs have a £2 off voucher on the side.

So buy one pack, take it to the car, voucher tears off easily, pay £5 and repeat!

Purchased 3 packs this way and will be getting more in for Xmas parties and get togethers.

Voucher lasts till June 2013.

Thanks great find I'm off down asda now, then drinking all 24 cans and phoning in sick in the morning only joking I will let you know if vouchers in my 12 pack

Not sure if this offer will be available in Scotland or if they will stock the packs with coupons on. Just thought I mention this incase they are not available.

Congratulations!

Good news and bad/funny news. BBE date is 21/August 2013!

However, the cans are special 'Merry Christmas' cans!!! They have snow on them! So unless you're having a Xmas theme for your wedding, they might look out of place! I personally wouldnt have a problem tho, and it is truly an amazing price!

Ohhhhh :rotfl: i'm not worried about the snow lol. We are having a spring wedding and no doubt some one will comment but they should be thankful they are getting free drinks!!! So are the vouchers visable on the outside of the packs? How much are they normally? Is this really cheap? We dont drink so are trying to do research on drink prices?

Off to local Asda we go!

Yes the vouchers are on the end of the box. Its a flap that tears off easily.
The x12 box can be £10-£15 so £7 for the first box is a good deal, but £5 for each thereafter is cracking!
41.5p a can!

It's the cheapest way to buy ok beer for a couple of years now.

They'll still be fresh in the spring!

The self-service tills scan the barcode on the back of the voucher and then there is a slot to put the voucher in.

So anyone nervous about being trouted (never happened to me in Asda!!) can use this method.

Remember, pulling off the voucher before you buy the first box may be illegal or at best, a bit of a grey area so I'm not suggesting anybody does this in order to maximise their savings!!;)
