    I always have sandwiches for work using leftover beef from our Sunday roast (when we have one) and we always have either topside or silverside. We're in the well done camp though.

    Good on your little one for expanding her tastes. My DD is not keen on any meat and calls it all chicken no matter how many times we explain its origins to her:D.
