Yes, it doesnt make sense to me either, Im worried they will try and take the money twice or something dodgy?

I just phoned the number (not helped by the fact they missed a digit out of the phone number in the email) and got through fairly quickly.

They reprocessed the order as a telephone order and applied the discount so the price was still £22.50. They said it would be with me in 2-3 working days

All seems OK so far, although I am going to check that they don't charge me twice.

I agree that it's strange for them to go through this process when they could just tell people there will be a delay! Perhaps they are hoping some people will decide not to bother re-ordering.

I ordered the Pamper package with the extra discount last week, then got the email saying they had cancelled the order due to going out of stock, but to call back on Tuesday.

I rang them this morning and they are due to call me back later today.

I suspect that they are going to try and welch on the deal though. The PAMPER code expired yesterday (coincidence that they have it back in stock today?), and maybe they thought the deal was too good.

I ordered the Body Shop deal last week, then later received the email requiring me to ring on Tuesday. I didn't think that they would honour the PAMPER code, but have been pleasantly surprised.

The code was homnoured, and the pamper pack was sent out express delivery (by way of apology, according to the chap I spoke to). I ordered at 11.40am on Tuesday after being on hold for just over five minutes. He said that as it was past 11.30, it probably wouldn't go out that day but I might be in with a chance. I would receive the pack on either Thursday or Friday. It arrived Wednesday afternoon.

I'm going to split the pack for presents
