Hi guys!
So for my boyfriend this Xmas I thought I'd make him a gym hamper ( it's something he's really got into over the last few months!)
I'm trying to think of things to put in and so fat have thought of...
New work out clothes
Sports socks
Hand towel
Deodorant and shower gel
Work out cd or iTunes voucher?
Protein bars
Lucozade sports drinks
Sports mixture sweets
Men's fitness magazine
Any one have any other ideas ..... It all seems a bit boring ATM - id like to think of something he might not already have or something a bit more exciting...hmmm!!

Water bottle? Or shake bottle if he uses the protein mixes. Headphones?I actually saw some good ones in our local poundland so might be worth checking. A new gym bag? A sports massage?

Ah great ideas - it'll look more full than I thought
many thanks xx 0 -
How about some Tiger Balm or deep heat to soothe aching muscles? I put a jar of it in my OH's stocking last year and it was appreciated!
I think Radox used to do a muscle soak bubble bath as well that was aimed towards men, not sure if they still do it but might be worth a look?MFW 2016 #32 £1574.66/£1500:j:j0 -
Get one of those water bottles with a compartment to put a key/some money in. Worst part of the gym is having to move a bottle, locker key, towel, workout plan etc from machine to machine.0

That would be perfect - ill have to google one of those as I've never seen one. I saw a Nike pouch thing in soccor sports that you some how attatch to your trainers (no idea how). The bottle sounds much better !
Yes deep heat / muscle soak is a good idea too thanks
.
I wanted to get some kind of fitness book as well...lve seen the Charles Branson one and I was going to get as a kinda joke (as he enjoyed the film) but I feel a bit weird/wrong buying a book written by a prisoner...i dont think my boyfriend would be offended but i dunno..does anyone have any other suggestions?0 -
Brilliant idea! My bf has also just gotten really into going to the gym and this has given me some idea of what get him for xmas

There's lots of bits in soccer sports in the sale - cushioned insoles for trainers ( there's some that look like fried eggs lol) some little plastic smelly ball things yu can put in your gym bag / trainers to deodorise, sweat bands, some squishy ball thing you squeeze to improve your grip, gym gloves etc all really cheap (under 5 quid each). I can't post links but they are all on the clearance section in the site0

The bottles with the compartments in are called SmartShake and are really good, my dh and I both use them and they are far superior to others on the market.
What a fab idea, wish DH hadn't been reading this as I love the idea! lol x0
