Has anyone had their order cancelled?

My first one was cancelled so I phoned and was told that it was now in stock and I could reorder,which I did and now guess what! yes that too has been cancelled..

Sadly the benefit gwp is not going into my basket when I add the sharpener. It states gwp is while stocks last so do you think it has just sold out or am I doing something wrong?
