Farmfoods Philadelphia 29p Offer

Hi everyone
Just to let you know that I popped into my local farmfoods today and they had the Philadelphia with Chocolate reduced to 29p.

this makes stunningly tasty and simple cheesecake

1. crush about 10 digestives or chocolate digestives
2. mix together with a couple tablespoons of meled butter and put into the base of a tin. Put into the fridge to harden
3. stir the cream cheese in with enough thick double cream to loosen it.
4. put the cheese mixture on top of the base. chill and serve

I add a couple of tspns of cocoa powder to the base to make it a bit more 'grown up'!
