X-Factor final tickets - Printing mistake!

Hi, sorry I'm a bit new to this website and never post.

I've been trying to win tickets to the live X-Factor final by entering the walkers and pepsi max competition.

To win you need to enter the last 4 numbers on the barcode of the crisps or pepsi but I noticed today that the last 4 numbers on the barcode on my crisps are the same as yesterday but it still works!!!

Today I used 6971 twice today on the website and it worked - I just waited 1hr first!!!

It's only on packs of extra crunchy and pepsi max and you can text in but its 25p so I just go to walkers website instead

hi dont think its a mistake alot of these cops have the same barcodes on them

The barcode is not unique to just that certain one bar ie it covers all the products of the same size/type etc.
One barcode for all 330ml cans ,one for all one litre bottles etc

Does this comp require proof of purchase?? Or can I use that code?

Starrybee, if you look on the main competitions board at the X factor comp you will find numerous codes that can be used.

Ooh thanks, I ignored that thread because I assumed I needed to buy them! That'll teach me!
