Response to no reply for cca after 14 days

Hi all
I am really sorry i have not been on the boards for a while, i am actually now relying on a friend's connection for access the net and i haven't been to see her flor a while...

Ok, I had a letter from Robinson Way for a debt from next catalogue, i have actually never had a next account, i have had many catalogues but not next, so i asked them to respond to me giving me my crdit agreement, i have given them 14 day not including the holidays and they have not replyed.

Am i now able to send a response saying i need this agreement or what do i do now, should i leave it a few more days because of the hols? posted my letter 26th march, receved by them on 27th (registered post)
