Got this on Saturday not sure if its still valid and if all stores think its an excellent bargain it costs £1 for same in other supermarkets. Use by date on mine is 4/11 so plenty of time to use it.

Now I am craving the spinach and ricotta koftas in a curry.......... has anyone tried anjum anand's recipe. koftas are dead simple... use 200g whole leaf spinach (cooked and drained of all water), 2tbsp cornflour, 200g ricotta cheese + pepper and maybe some chilli flakes.... make into little balls and fry with oil. then dump them in any creamy tomatoey curry.... absolutely divine......0 -
i see avocado is only 50p at lidl now.
this calls for ricotta/avocado dip: blitz avocado with half a lemon - juice + zest, handful basil, S&P and ricotta. to make it extra fancy grate some parmesan on top and drizzle with olive oil. this is so yummy with carrots, peppers, courgette, bread, nachos ...0
