Information about onestopglasses.co.uk?

I am looking to purchase a new pair of glasses. I have looked around and onestopglasses.co.uk seems like a good option.
The issue I have is that there are very few (or none) reviews of this site. Has anyone had any dealings with onestopglasses? I wish they had more information about which lenses brand they use or their quality.
Thanks!

Perhaps I am going to be the winner as I am always lucky for such things, BTW my color is HOT PINK..
Yes I've been practicing SPAMGLISH too :T0 -
Well, not a good experience. I don't live in the UK right now and I asked them if they would ship to my country. It seems they do it, but I asked for "International signed for" service.
They told me that it isn't possible to use this service in shipments to my country (EU), because trace information wouldn't be available. I tried to explain them that I don't need the trace information, it's enough when a signature at the time of delivery is required... I don't want the items to get lost in the post.
It was in vain, they still thought that they couldn't use this service, even when I have received "International Signed for" Royal Mail shipments dozens of times.
I gave up and I looked for another online glasses supplier. I would have liked to order from them, but I couldn't...0 -
I've had glasses from online retailers twice. Basically, I'm as blind as a bat, wear contact lenses 90% of the time, but still like to pop a pair of specs on round the house. Sadly, a degree of vanity makes me baulk at wearing a pair of jam jar bottoms, but I can't really justify spending £500+ on something that I'm only really wearing at home!
My last experience was with glassescorp.co.uk. Downsides are that there is not a huge choice of frames on the site, and the frame measurements weren't on there. So what I did was found some frames that looked okay and checked the measurements on other sites (...to make sure that I didn't end up looking like Biggles with huge frames for my face size!).
Glassescorp were excellent - customer service, speed of delivery and quality of product could not be faulted and when I need a new pair, that's where I'll be going back to.
I have to admit that the first pair I got from another online retailer saw the coatings start to peel off within 18 months... but not the ones from Glassescorp...my pair of DKNYs still look as good as when I first got them in early 2010!0
