This may sound harsh, but if your business has you 91k in debt and struggling, it is probably not worth hanging on to. This will be an emotional decision as you have probably invested sweat, hopes and dreams.

Best case sell it,worst case walk away.

Get a job as an employee, with a regular dependable income. Then let payplan help you with an IVA or debt management plan - or even bankruptcy -and start again. An IVA with even the 2 of you on full time minimum wage should give you more disposable income than you have now. The complicating factor would be if you own a house.

I'd have a look at the bankruptcy support board (top of page)-many stories like yours, and many, many survivors.
