Help any TNS shoppers?

help just done first shop with TNS and don't know how
to upload the results. If I go to the link through the email it doesn't work even if I cut and paste. Where/how on the main site can I do it. Please help much appreciated

    I do mystery shopping with them.

    You normally just click on the link in the email and it brings up the page where you type in your fieldworker ID number and the passnumber they give in the email to get in

    Failing that give them a ring tomorrow and see if there has been a problem I know from time to time they have problems. They may take your answers over the phone if you are unable to access the page

    Thanks, I hardly slept last night worrying about it! I kept it strictly factual so I hope it's ok. Daft I know but bringing in the few extra pounds means a lot to us. Submitting it was terrifying the first time but I won't be quite so wound up next time. Thanks for your very quick advice. I really appreciated it.

    how do you register to do mystery shopping with TNS? I already answer surveys with MyTNS.com but I cannot find a link to their mystey shooping. :confused:

    Try going to https://www.tns-global.com/mysteryshopping and there is information about it and an application form. I dont know how long they take to process the application as I registered with them before they got computerised!
