Use less toothpaste

Good routine. Make sure you always brush at least to the 2 min timer as well! How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -

With the electric, I think the problem is saliva (sorry to start going on about bodily fluids!) generation by the pulsating of the brush and the fact that you need your mouth open to move it around and direct it at each tooth - you dont 'brush' like you do with a manual, you point and hold on each tooth surface - at least I do, using it like a manual doesnt seem to yield good results
On the subject of fluoride, there is controversy, at least on the addition into water. I might go do some research0 -
Fluoride - more poisonous than lead, slightly less poisonous than arsenic.
This is what I was told, but I'll gladly be corrected by any chemists out there

Do you avoid every single chemical element that has toxic effects at high concentration? Or just the ones nutters latch onto?

I have a PhD in chemistry, but I'm not a toxicologist so I will stay out of this one!0
