I know this probably in the wrong place, but who cares!!
Natwest refunded me all but £15 (which im not too fussed about)
Marbles this morning caved in to a FULL refund
However Barclaycard wish to play ball - they have refunded me £104 (of £174) which they said, in a telephone call today (and I quote " was their full and final offer and if I wanted more I would have to go to the small claims court"
Now I wouldnt have any objection, but is it really worth the hassle for £70 - I know some will say go for it and its your money etc, but there is time involved, travelling expense, potentially a day off work etc. Maybe I should just call Adrian (the bloke who would go to court (if he head the brass b*lls) and tell him that barclaycard have challenged me.

Also (just thought of this) - with regards to breaching the 40 day limit, they state because they have told relevant bodies of their massively increased workload, then this makes everything ok and there is effectivle no breach (even if a minor one) of the DPA - surely that cant be right? No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
