Facebook comping accounts ?

My accounts been blocked for 30 days I can't like pages or share ive only been doing it for 4 days, liking, sharing and entering comps. what do you guys do to stop this happening?

This was in the comping newsletter that I received this week which may help:

Help! My Facebook account has received a ban!
I’ve been hearing from a lot of compers recently who have received bans and even had their accounts blocked due to their comping activities.
This is in part due to Facebook coming down harder on spammers and those with multiple accounts.
It is difficult to tell you exactly what will flag your Facebook account up but I can give some tips – which if followed will keep your facebook account up and running.

• Only use one Facebook account. Many compers use a second account just for comping, but this is against Facebook’s regulations.
• Use your real name
• Use a real photo of yourself as your profile photo
• Add general information about yourself wherever possible
• Don’t do too much of any one thing at a time, such as tagging photos, adding friends, sending messages, liking and sharing, writing the same thing or posting the same thing.
• To keep your account varied, add in normal posts (what you have been doing, what the weather is like, just normal things) and chat to others.

Following these tips should ensure that your Facebook account looks perfectly normal!

This is another reason not to separate the FB comps from the main board. If FB comps had their own board/thread and people comped from that, they would be doing a lot of FB comps in one go. This might lead them to having their account blocked.
