HELP - Birmingham Post Free Haven Holiday

We’re due to go our free Birmingham Post Haven Holiday on Monday, but I suddenly realised we’ve not had any paperwork through. I just rang their booking number with my holiday reference number that I was given over the phone upon booking, only to be told that the holiday had been cancelled!!!!
The reason – No money had been paid towards the holiday! I’ve got to ring back tomorrow morning to see if we can still have our free holiday. I was one of the ones who was not asked for £20.00 deposit, so this is a warning to all the others who weren’t asked for £20.00 deposit either.
Has anyone else experienced this or am I the only one?

I had to pay the £20 deposit while I was on the phone to confirm my booking, I didn't have the £20 on my credit card at the time and was told that if I didn't pay it at that time then I wouldn't get one of the holidays. Luckily my best friend only lives next door and I borrowed her credit card to pay they deposit.
I recieved all my booking confirmations by email the next day and through the post 2 days after that.
I hope you get it all sorted out and manage to get your free holiday after all. It's not your fault that their rep didn't ask you to pay, (or tell you that you had to pay) a £20 deposit to secure the holiday. This is their mistake, not yours, so they should still give you the free holiday, Well I think so anyway lol but unfortunatley I don't work for Haven!
Good Luck getting it sorted and if you do then 'Happy Holidays':):)
