chedds blocks & possibly nibbles misprice

I bought 4 packs of the blocks this morning on BOGOF in Tescos as thought they are a good price for pre wrapped cheese to put in lunch boxes (16 blocks for £2) but when I checked my receipt I have a double discount showing as cheese bogof £4 AND cheese bogof £2 so £2 for 4 bags. Not sure how it worked or how it would work with different quantities and yes it was the only cheese product in my trolley.

Might be a good deal for anyone making up sandwich packs each day.

I tend to buy cheese by the kg though - I go for cheese on special offer around or under the £5 per kg mark

This cheese is £13.89 per kg

that was my point but its not £13.89/kg as you are getting 4 packs for the regular price of one so its actually £3.47/kg :D

Just tried this and comes to £4 what sort of store was it?
  • I tried all combinations in an Xtra and it didn't work
Maybe it's something else in your shopping triggering it x
  • Tried and failed in Blackburn.
