Help a first time buyer!

Ive been into many banks, building societies and looked here on the web for the best deal on a mortgage but all the names and numbers are kind of confusing!

Basically im a first time buyer (with my girlfriend), borrowing £115,000 with £10,000 deposit over a term of 30 years for a property valued at £125,000 and id like to pay about £650-680 a mouth if thats possible.

Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Thanks again

There are plenty of lender available to you

However you do not say what your incomes are, if you have any other commitments in the backgorund, and if you have a good credit history

Also, as you are borrowing over 90% of the purchase price, you will be liable to pay a Higher Lending Charge with most lenders.

There are lenders that do not charge this fee, but they will charge a slightly higher rate

Have you spoken to any fee free whole of market advisers yet?
