I love Pad Thai and take away is about £7/£8 per takeawy...I bought the asda own pad thai kit and would higly reccommend it!!
It says serves 4 but I would say 2 generously...and comes with the sauce, noodles and peanuts - just add veg and your meat of choice...the kit is ~£1.50 - now thats a saving!!
It tastes pretty geniune and is so much cheaper!!

I make my own green Thai or yellow Thai.
Cocunut milk, from waitrose.
Lemon grass, one piece.
Kafir lime
Masala
Chilli
Turmeric
Boil in pan, sieve when done. Add coriander and spinach to taste. Goes for up to eight meals and far tastier than over priced emporium muck.I hvae nt snept th lst fw mntes writg ths post fr yu t cme alng hre nd agre wth m!

I love thai curry and am actually making red fish curry for dinner....but I do love my pad thai chicken dish and have struggled to find an authentic tasting one at home...even buying the pad thai ingredients from a thai grocery store!!
well chuffed!
Pad thai - its noodles cooked in a very thick sauce which coats the noodles so is essentially dry...with beef, prawns or chicken, sprouts, spring onion, egg, corriander and peanuts crushed on top.. mmmLove reading the oldstyle board...always something to learn!0
