Working in family business - how to decribe it on cv? Thanks

Hi folks

I get temporary contracts for office work. These work contracts last from anything between 2 weeks to a few months. However, when I am not working, I help out my uncle with the paperwork (income/expenditure figures etc) regarding his property management business.

What is the best way to describe this situation on my cv? Would I need to include dates? I have been helping out on this businesss for the last couple of years.
