Phoenicia Hotel and Air Malta are giving you the chance to win one of six luxurious breaks for two in Valletta, including flights from a choice of UK departure airports. The lucky winners and guests will enjoy full board at this majestic hotel which overlooks the Grand Harbour and boasts a stunning pool deck, acres of gardens and a selection of bars and restaurants.

1. The closing date of the prize draw is 1st February 2013
2. The winner will be notified by 5th February 2013
3. The prize consists of 6 identical holidays which are:
a. A four night break for two, staying in a Classic Room at the five-star Phoenicia Hotel Malta (“the resort”)
b. Two return flights with Air Malta, including taxes and charges
4. The Resort:
a. The prize winner and one (1) companion will share a Classic Room at the five-star Phoenicia Hotel Malta, on a full-board basis, which includes a daily buffet breakfast, a two-course lunch per person in the “Palm Court Lounge” and a three-course table d’hote dinner per person in the “Phoenix Restaurant”.
b. Subject to promotional availability as advised by the hotel
c. Flights and airport transfers from Malta airport to the hotel are included

5. The Flights:
a. The prize includes two return flights with Air Malta, including taxes and charges, valid on UK scheduled services from Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester.
b. The two (2) Air Malta return tickets can only be used for travel to and from Malta for the purposes of the four (4) night holiday at Phoenicia Hotel Malta, which forms part of this prize.
c. Prize flights are subject to availability and include standard baggage allowance of 20kgs. If the date you choose is unavailable we reserve the right to offer you a suitable alternative.
6. The prize winner must be over 18 and hold a valid UK passport.
7. The prize must be taken before 31st July 2013, excluding bank holidays and subject to promotional availability as advised by the airline.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
9. All prize travel will be subject to Air Malta Conditions of Carriage.
10. Tickets will be issued directly to the winner by Air Malta.
11. The prize is non-reroutable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts.
12. No spending money is included in the prize.
13. Air Malta accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize, including, without limitation, transfers to and from UK airports, spending money, travel insurance, meals and accommodation (except items outlined in 4a), or any travel visas required.
14. The winner and winner’s companion are responsible for obtaining and possessing valid passports (with a minimum of 6 months validity for entire duration of trip), travel insurance, and any relevant visas (if required). In addition where health documents are necessary to comply with the requirements of any country, it is the responsibility of each passenger to procure them.. Visa rules and regulations can and do change suddenly without warning.
15. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Phoenicia Hotel for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

"stupid entry form" worked fine for me with house name instead of number0 -
It will not accept spaces in the house name box - so if your address is something cottage or such like just remove the space and it goes through.0

don't know why anyone puts United Kingdom for country as it isn't a country it's a collection of countries.
