Possible Missed Prize

Hi all, i did a random search of my name on google and it came up as a competion winner with Radio Times back in March.
It was the Wordfinder (week 11)
I was wondering if i could re-claim the prize as it was missed as i was going through a bit of a rough patch.

May have been somebody else with your name as they send the prize out without a WEM.
