Paying for MP3s on

Has anyone managed to do this? It seems to refuse because I am not US, and it is the only source for the tracks (none on or any other). It seems to be the UK URL it doesn't like rather than my credit card.

I have not been able to download MP3s from

Where Amazon UK don't have what I am looking for I have sometimes found the MP3 I am looking for on itunes. Altenatively try googling as sometimes tracks/albums are available from smaller niche websites.

My guess is the music publishers for the track in the UK are different from those in the US or publishing rights have not been assigned in the UK, not an uncommon situation for many artists/record companies to be in. I have a number of UK published records and sheet music that are not available to buy in the US, the other way round I know but the same rules apply.
