You have to buy one and then you get same/different product for a penny. It's not an amazing deal tbh.

I think it is a good deal if there is something you buy regularly...its basically just BOGOF!

Ah yes, Holland and Barrett's more expensive version of buy one get one free. An extra penny profit per item-it all builds up. It's the same as 'round pound' deals-made out to be clear pricing but in fact it is a penny more expensive than it should be.

Thanks for that. I never thought to take a look in there. I know I should not eat it really after they put an extra bar in the pack and raised the price 60%.

I got 8 bars for £2.50 today for my kids

I was gutted that no flax was in the 1p sale though

They just seen to stick in the high value items which they make most money on which does not help really.
